Whether it’s the first time you’ve touched a bar or if you’re a well versed expert, our classes accommodate a range of experience levels.
TRAINING AT ITS BEST
When it comes to your training we make no compromise. Our trainers are all highly qualified Level 3 PTs and undergo Enhanced DBS screening.
All of our classes involve simply using your own bodyweight to train.
All classes will be currently run from our Ruskin Park Gym. Classes will start week commencing 1st October 2019. See our schedule below. All abilities are welcome for each class.
Tuesday: 15:15 - 16:15
A STRENGTH BASED WORKOUT THAT USES BODYWEIGHT TRAINING EXERCISES TO BUILD MUSCLE, CONFIDENCE AND SCULPT A STRONG, TONED PHYSIQUE.
Thursday: 15:15 - 16:15
Burn up to 1000 calories in each class. Our high intensity interval training will push you to your limits. Challenge your endurance and radically improve your fitness.
Saturday: 14:00 - 15:00
Learn the tricks of the game when it comes to the freestyle movement. Whether you want to learn the basics of freestyle or prepare to compete, this class will use gymnastic principles to challenge your athleticism and improve your all round fitness.
